Enclosed Hub Gears

Enclosing the gears protects the machinery and the bicycle commuter from the weather, hence they involve much lower maintenance than the derailleur systems found on most bikes. One of them is the hook on the side of the rear rack for carrying your grocery bags and another feature is the spring loaded flap on top of the rear rack to hold things secure.
